When people want to achieve something together, ideas and expectations come together - usually with good results. But when we rub along more than getting along, even the best common goals wear down over time.
As trainer, coach and mediator, I work with people in challenging situations to examine areas of friction. I work preventively through team/group training or individual coaching as well as restoratively through mediation.
I am experienced as a project and team leader as well as a trainer in large and small organisations in the UK, Germany and internationally. I have pro bono experience as board member, reading mentor, befriender, election observer and scholarship selector. I also run literacy courses at adult education centres in Berlin and Brandenburg, Germany.
I draw my tools from Reg Revans' ‘action learning’, applied psychology, project, budget and personnel management, mentoring, systemic conflict management, coaching and mediation (certification in early 2025).

Workshop participants learn to analyse real or fictitious challenging situations, clarify perspectives and plan further steps. Workshops serve to strengthen behavioural awareness in challenging situations.
Coaching sessions examine your specific situation: what can be done to prevent the situation from wearing you down? These sessions develop your behavioural and communication strategies and can include role-playing exercises.
Mediation seeks solutions to a given challenging situation, involving the relevant parties and using a multi-stage process. A co-mediator joins us if necessary.
